 Okay, you guys have seen this picture before, I know. More Hetalia fanart, when will it end?! XD I'm doing something else soon, I promise. BUT... I decided to try my hand at coloring digitally. It's my first time ever trying to color like this, so rip it. Rip it hard, please, I want to know what's wrong with it. XD It is a HUGE file, but so far only a work in progress. It's for a contest that I'm in, and I'm having a little bit of trouble with the background... Because I want to put it under the pencil, but I can't because it's the background layer...
